Federico Tardito(Italy)

Born in Turin in 1984, Federico Tardito developed a passion for photography from a young age. He began his career in 2004, cultivating a personal style strongly influenced by portraiture, which he applies with sensitivity and originality even to sports photography. His approach to action photography focuses on emotion and human expression, making his shots truly unique. Since 2007, he has collaborated with agencies such as LaPresse, Insidefoto, AGF, Liverani, and many others, covering major sporting events and athlete portraits, with his work appearing in both Italian and international publications. In 2012, he became a freelancer and founded 1+9 Images, an agency specializing in visual communication for athletes and sports brands such as Nike and Adidas. He became the official photographer for several footballers and athletes including Bonucci, Buffon, Dybala, Danilo, and Bremer, following them through national and international competitions. In 2017, in collaboration with Fujifilm, he launched the project “I’mperfect”, dedicated to celebrating the beauty of imperfection and the power of genuine emotion. Since 2019, he has been a Fujifilm ambassador, contributing to product development through his field expertise. Since 2021, he has been working with the Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026, using photography to document the human and territorial dimension of the upcoming Winter games. Alongside his professional activity, Federico Tardito is also committed to education. Through workshops, seminars, and collaborations with photography schools, he strives to share not only technical skills but also passion, vision, and awareness. He believes in photography as a powerful means of expression and encourages young people to develop a personal and authentic style.
