Since the subject is very alert, it tends to get scared very easily. The silent and linear autofocus also helps in capturing the right frames, locking the subject and freezing the moment with ease.<\/p>\n<p>Its light-weight and compact shape make the process even simpler. But with the XF30mm lens, I can easily capture portraits or macro or other subjects, without changing the lens.<\/p>\n<p>One of the major benefits is that there is no distance restriction in this lens. In other macro lenses, you can only shoot closer subjects. It can focus on close subjects very fast and accurately. Being a macro photographer, I need a very silent and quick auto focus lens.
