FUJIFILM Canada Inc. Education Program Terms & Conditions 

The FUJIFILM Education Program (the “FUJIFILM Education Program” or “EDU Program”) gives qualifying applicants exclusive discounts on FUJIFILM products, offering huge savings. To take part, you must be a full-time student or faculty at an accredited college or university in Canada. 

If you are currently a teacher or enrolled as a full-time active student in a post-secondary program you can get great savings on FUJIFILM cameras and lenses.

Our program has been simplified, to better serve you! Here’s how it works: 

• Students or faculty members save $100.00 retail savings over the regular price OR promotional price being offered at the time on every GFX and X Series camera body. 
• Students or faculty members save $75.00 retail savings over the regular price OR promotional price being offered at the time on every GFX and X Series lens. 

How to Get Started

Step 3: Visit your local FUJIFILM Authorized Dealer 

Step 4: Show your FUJIFILM Membership Card and school photo ID to claim your discount 

General Program Details 

• The FUJIFILM Education Program is open to all students enrolled full time in an accredited college or university in Canada and all faculty and administration at such institutions.
  • In order to participate, a student or faculty / administration member must register and provide proof of full-time enrollment status (or employment, as applicable by uploading a scanned (.pdf) image of both (i) his or her current, valid school-issued photo ID, and (ii) his or her current semester curriculum, class or work schedule, college or university invoice, or transcript (only one of the foregoing required).  
  • Upon confirmation that you qualify, Fujifilm will e-mail you with an Official EDU Membership Card that you can print one time and redeem at a participating FUJIFILM authorized dealer’s retail store location for further pricing discounts off of the final retail selling price of all applicable X Series and GFX System digital camera and lens products purchased in a single purchasing transaction. 
• The FUJIFILM Education Program will be an ongoing Fujifilm promotional program, subject to Fujifilm revision from time to time and until otherwise announced by Fujifilm. 
• EDU Program Membership Card holders who have not yet redeemed an previously issued Membership Card will need to acquire a new card after August 1, 2025 in order to redeem for the EDU Program discount.
• Dealers are not permitted to independently advertise the EDU Program. All EDU Program promotional materials may only be advertised with advertising and promotional materials which have been developed and provided by Fujifilm. Dealer-created materials relating to products covered by the FUJIFILM EDU Program will be subject to Fujifilm’s Unilateral MAP Policy in all instances. 

Registration Logistics 

To register for participation in the FUJIFILM Education Program, and to receive your Official EDU Program Membership Card for discount redemption, click on My Account. You must register using a valid email address and phone number. As part of the registration process, you must upload both your current, valid school-issued photo ID, and (ii) your current semester curriculum, class or work schedule, college or university invoice, or transcript (only one of the foregoing required). The completed registration form with uploaded documentation will be sent to Fujifilm for confirmation and approval. Upon Fujifilm’s confirmation (which will generally occur within ten (10) business days), approved students and faculty/administration will receive an email to the provided email address attaching a FUJIFILM Education Program Official Membership Card with a unique educational code. This Official EDU Program Membership Card, when properly redeemed, will entitle you to receive a one-time promotional discount off of the final retail selling price of all applicable in-stock X Series and GFX System digital camera bodies or lenses purchased in connection with a single in-store purchase transaction made at any participating FUJIFILM authorized dealer. 

Redemption 

To redeem the Official EDU Program Membership Card, the qualifying student or faculty/administration member must print the Official EDU Program Membership Card from his or her email and then visit a participating FUJIFILM authorized dealer’s retail store, where he or she will be required to present the Official EDU Program Membership Card and his or her student or faculty ID at the time of purchase. The name on the Official EDU Program Membership Card must match the name on the provided ID at time of purchase and must be presented by the actual owner of the ID and Membership Card. The original, Official EDU Program Membership Card must be surrendered to, and collected by, the participating FUJIFILM authorized dealer at the time of consumer purchase, for provision to Fujifilm in connection with promotional redemption. 

IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS: 

• Only approved students or faculty/administration members meeting the redemption requirements will be eligible to enjoy the aforementioned discounts on all applicable X Series and GFX System products. 
• Limit one (1) purchase transaction per student or faculty/administration member in connection with the FUJIFILM EDU Program per twelve (12) month period. 
• The purchase transaction can include, AT A MAXIMUM, the purchase of two (2) X Series or GFX Series camera bodies and up to three (3) X series or GFX series lenses, subject to the terms herein. 
• Discounts offered pursuant to the FUJIFILM Education Program applies only to products purchased at a participating, authorized FUJIFILM dealer at the same time, in a single transaction and only while supplies last. 
• Photocopies of the Official Membership Card are void and prohibited. On-line transactions and redemptions are not permitted in connection with the FUJIFILM Education Program. 
• Not valid on purchases made from a non-authorized dealer, on gray market products, or prior purchases made, on on-line purchases, or on any products other than the specific X Series and GFX System products referenced. 
• Products purchased under this EDU Program are for personal use only and may not be sold or transferred within the twenty-four (24) month period following the purchase.   
• By participating in the FUJIFILM Education Program you agree to release and hold harmless FUJIFILM North America Corporation, FUJIFILM Canada Inc. and their affiliates from all liability, loss, damage, action, cost, expense or claim, except to the extent arising pursuant to the Limited Product Warranty that is applicable to any purchased FUJIFILM product. 
• Non-compliance with the above terms and conditions can void your eligibility to receive any benefits under the EDU Program and can also render you unable to participate in the EDU program in future years.
