PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE GUIDELINES

Images must be taken with the specific camera (and lens, as applicable) that is being promoted and with which the images are going to be used in advertising, with specific lens and settings disclosed

Option to include disclaimer in the advertising that discloses the camera and lensused

No trademarked /branded clothing or otherwise any clear third party logos or trademarks appearing in any video or image shots. May choose to blur if necessary and approved by Fujifilm Brand Team

Includes on hats being worn

Includes on property being depicted

Includes any jerseys or athletic items
-

No particularly identifiable or unique tattoos, clothing or jewelry in any video or image shots
-
No graffiti or artwork at all in the background of video or image shots
-
No proprietary signage (such as restaurant or store with third party logos) in the background of any video or image shots
-
No posters in any video or image shots (such as movie posters, band or album posters, or athleteposters)
-
No children under 18 (unless we obtain a parent/guardian release and are willing to assume the additional risk of a divorced or separated parent/guardian objection) to be depicted
-
No video or images that themselves include or depict photographs unless we can get model rights to any people or property appearing in the depicted photographs as well

Rights of publicity survive death in numerous states

No identifiable by-standers in any video or image shots unless we get model release from them (as well as from the primary subject depicted in such video or shot)

Identifiable by unique clothing, by unique haircut, or by facial features.

Blurring may be an option in various instances

No celebrities or public figures depicted, including photos or posters of celebrities absent their writtenconsent

No socially charged / politically sensitive subjectmatters:

No content about the plight of a certain country or group of people

No content about racism, victims of racial profiling, and thelike
-
No depiction of images that may be deemed as divisive in regard to race, war, etc.

No content that is threatening in nature or that could incite violence
-
No depiction of blood or otherwise content that suggests graphic or gratuitousviolence
-
No content that is shocking, sensational, disrespectful or provocative ( e.g., images or video depicts an accident scene, injured individuals or animals, or profane gestures)

No depiction of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, pills, firearms, ammunition, illegal substances, and the like
-
No adult content such as sexually explicit, sexually provocative, pornographic,or other sex-related content
-
No nudity or sexually explicit images
-
No suggestive clothing, lingerie, etc.

No sex toys or condoms
-

No depiction of/reference to a crime, breaking the law, or criminal activity
-
No depiction or direct reference to a competitive product or to a competitor, whether or notderogatory

Exception where approved by Fujifilm Brand Team in an endorsing statement, forinstance

No dangerous or hazardous activities depicted

Activities where subject of the image or video is doing something that is likely to cause injury

Activities where a “do not try this at home” disclaimer would typically be required

In certain situations, a disclaimer may be able to be used, such as with “stunt driver, closed course”

If Video is being shot, the release form used and put into place with identifiable individuals must reference both the use in images and video
-
Disclaimer needs to cover image, voice, likeness, name(if name is referenced in video)
