Create Forever Student Winners
To award the prize and help you bring your story to life, there are just a few things you need to do.

CONFIRM YOUR CONTACT DETAILS
This form below will be used to gather your full contact details and we'll ask for a few specific things like what FUJIFILM X Series camera and lens you think you might want (note that we will do our best, but we may not be able to accommodate all of our winners’ preferences in all instances), so make sure you leave about 10-15 minutes to complete this step.

SIGN YOUR DOCUMENTS
Once you have confirmed your contact details, we'll send you a set of documents to be executed by DocuSign. The documents we will need you to sign and return to us include:
• DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY, COMPLIANCE, AND RELEASE
• PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE AND VIDEO LICENSE AGREEMENT
• W-9
Please review, sign and return each of these forms to us within 10 days. You will not receive your FUJIFILM X Series camera gear until we receive the properly completed documents – and our available gear will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, based on when the properly signed documents are received.

RECEIVE GEAR
Once you've signed and completed all of the forms within DocuSign, we will ship your FUJIFILM X Series gear to you and provide you with the dedicated Instagram hashtag for your postings. Upon receipt, you can start creating (although you may want to wait for our orientation sessions, as referenced below)! As referenced in the Contest Rules, you are expected to create the story you proposed in our Contest within the next 90 days, posting to the hashtag as your efforts progress. As a reminder, you are not permitted to resell this gear for 18 months from receipt.

ATTEND OUR ONLINE ORIENTATION
The Fujifilm team will conduct an online, Zoom-based orientation for all winners each day during the period June 22 – 26, 2020, from 1pm-2pm EDT each day. Orientation will be designed to provide you with helpful hints and tips on storytelling. More details to follow via email.

START CREATING AND POSTING
We can’t wait to watch your story come to life! We will be watching your image and video posts at the provided hashtag and will be reposting from time to time, to draw attention to your efforts!
IMPORTANT NOTE: All forms must be executed (using DocuSign) and properly returned to Fujifilm within ten (10) days of the date sent as specified in the Official Contest Rules (i.e. by 11:59 p.m. EDT on June 15, 2020). If not received when due, we will award the prize to an alternate winner and you will forfeit the prize. Be sure to fill in the form completely. All information requested must be provided.
