Program Details
1) The FUJIFILM Education Program will be an ongoing Fujifilm promotional program, subject to Fujifilm revision from time to time and until otherwise announced by Fujifilm.
2) EDU Program certificate holders who have not yet redeemed an previously issued certificate will need to acquire a new certificate after June 1, 2019 in order to redeem for the EDU Program discount.
3) The level of EDU Program discounts will be as follows:
a. $100 off of the final retail selling price on applicable X Series and GFX digital Cameras, Camera Kits, and Camera Grips
b. $75 off of the final retail selling price on applicable XF, MKX and GF Lenses
4) The EDU Program discount will be applied to the final retail selling price of an applicable product, even during Fujifilm promotional periods. For clarification, if an applicable camera is part of a Fujifilm-funded instant savings promotion, the EDU Program certificate may be redeemed for an additional discount off of the final, promotional sales price of all applicable products purchased during a single transaction by the certificate holder.
5) Dealers are not permitted to independently advertise the EDU Program. All EDU Program promotional materials may only be advertised with advertising and promotional materials which have been developed and provided by Fujifilm. Dealer-created materials relating to products covered by the FUJIFILM EDU Program will be subject to Fujifilm’s Unilateral MAP Policy in all instances.
Program Details
The FUJIFILM Education Program is open to all students, enrolled full time in a high school or accredited college or university in the United States, and all faculty and administration at such institutions. In order to participate, a student or faculty / administration member must register and provide proof of full-time enrollment status (or employment, as applicable by uploading a scanned (.pdf) image of both (i) his or her current, valid school-issued photo ID, and (ii) his or her current semester curriculum, class or work schedule, high school, college or university invoice, or transcript (only one of the foregoing required). Upon confirmation that you qualify, Fujifilm will provide you with an Official EDU Program Certificate that you can print one time and redeem at a participating FUJIFILM authorized dealer’s retail store location for further pricing discounts off of the final retail selling price of all applicable X Series and GFX System digital camera, lens and accessory products purchased in a single purchasing transaction.
Registration and Logistics
To register for participation in the FUJIFILM Education Program, and to receive your Official EDU Program Certificate for discount redemption, click on My Account.. You must register using a valid email address and phone number. As part of the registration process, you must upload both your current, valid school-issued photo ID, and (ii) your current semester curriculum, class or work schedule, high school, college or university invoice, or transcript (only one of the foregoing required). The completed registration form with uploaded documentation will be sent to Fujifilm for confirmation and approval. Upon Fujifilm’s confirmation (which will generally occur within 10 business days), approved students and faculty/administration will receive an email to the provided email address attaching a FUJIFILM Education Program Official Certificate with a unique educational code. This Official EDU Program Certificate, when properly redeemed, will entitle you to receive a one-time promotional discount off of the final retail selling price of all applicable in-stock X Series and GFX System digital camera, kit, lens or accessory products, purchased in connection with a single in-store purchase transaction made at any participating FUJIFILM authorized dealer.
To redeem the Official EDU Program Certificate, the qualifying student or faculty/administration member must print the Official EDU Program Certificate from his or her email and then visit a participating FUJIFILM authorized dealer’s retail store, where he or she will be required to present the Official EDU Program Certificate and his or her student or faculty ID at the time of purchase. The name on the Official EDU Program Certificate must match the name on the provided ID at time of purchase, and must be presented by the actual owner of the ID and Certificate. Limit one purchase transaction per student or faculty/administration member in connection with the FUJIFILM EDU Program per 12 month period. The original, Official EDU Program Certificate must be surrendered to, and collected by, the participating FUJIFILM authorized dealer at the time of consumer purchase, for provision to Fujifilm in connection with promotional redemption. Photocopies of the Official Certificate are void and prohibited. On-line transactions and redemptions are not permitted in connection with the FUJIFILM Education Program.
Approved students or faculty/administration members meeting the redemption requirements will be eligible to enjoy the following discounts on all applicable X Series and GFX System products purchased in connection with a single transaction from a participating FUJIFILM authorized dealer, while supplies last. Not valid on purchases made from a non-authorized dealer, on gray market products, or prior purchases made, on on-line purchases, or on any products other than the specific X Series and GFX System products referenced. Discounted pricing offered pursuant to the FUJIFILM Education Program applies only to products purchased at a participating, authorized FUJIFILM dealer at the same time, in a single transaction. By participating in the FUJIFILM Education Program you agree to release and hold harmless FUJIFILM North America Corporation and its affiliates from all liability, loss, damage, action, cost, expense or claim, except to the extent arising pursuant to the Limited Product Warranty that is applicable to any purchased FUJIFILM product.
