Q) Why are some products not available for me to buy at my discount?

A) Your Friends and Family discount will apply to all items with the exception of refurbished items and items that are currently on sale. If an item is not currently in stock, you’ll see “Notify Me” and “Find a Dealer“. 1. Notify Me: wait until it is in stock and you’ll be notified. 2. Find a Dealer: they may have stock but are not able to offer a VIP discount.

Q) Can I put in a request or be added to a waiting list for out of stock items?

A) Notify Me is the best method for being alerted to items as they come in stock.

Q) How do I request an item be carried by the store so I can receive my discount?

A) Inventory is added as it becomes available, please understand we cannot provide inventory updates.

Q) Why are no parts and accessories listed on the site?

A) There are no discounts available for Parts & Accessories but you may visit https://fnacpartsaccessories.com/ for those items.

Q) Can I request RUSH/Overnight shipping?

A) Shipping occurs 3-4 days AFTER your order is placed, so if RUSH is requested, it will take 5-6 days to arrive. All orders arrive via FedEx and you will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment.
