below for details).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&lt; Changes after firmware update &gt;<br \/>\n1) The procedure for pairing the camera with a smartphone is changed.<br \/>\n2) \u201cWIRELESS COMMUNICATION\u201d option in the \u201cSHOOTING SETTING\u201d, \u201cMOVIE SETTING\u201d, and \u201cPLAY BACK MENU\u201d are removed.<br \/>\n3) \u201cWIRELESS COMMUNICATION\u201d option is removed from the functions assigned by the following operation flow in the \u201cSetup Menu\u201d.<br \/>\n\u30fbOperation flow: \u201cBUTTON\/DIAL SETTING\u201d \u2794 \u201cFUNCTION (Fn) SETTING\u201d<br \/>\n4) \u201cWIRELESS COMMUNICATION\u201d option is removed from the \u201cFn1 BUTTON SETTING\u201d menu in the \u201cBUTTON\/DIAL SETTING\u201d of the \u201cSetup menu\u201d.<br \/>\n5) \u201cinstax PRINTER CONNECTION SETTING\u201d menu is removed from the \u201cNETWORK\/USB SETTING\u201d of the \u201cSetup menu\u201d .<br \/>\n6) \u201cinstax PRINTER PRINT\u201d option is removed from the \u201cPLAY BACK MENU\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&lt; Precautions After Firmware Update &gt;<br \/>\n1) Network security level is improved by updating to the latest versions for both the smartphone applications (FUJIFILM XApp \/ FUJIFILM Camera Remote) and connected cameras, since the latest versions change the network setting menus and connecting procedures to enhance the wireless communication security.<\/p>\n<p>Be aware that the security level remains unchanged in the following case.<br \/>\n\u30fbIn case that the camera&#8217;s firmware is the current version, and the smartphone application (FUJIFILM XApp \/ FUJIFILM Camera Remote) is the latest version.<\/p>\n<p>2) After updating the camera firmware, if the smartphone application (FUJIFILM XApp \/ FUJIFILM Camera Remote) is not updated to the latest version, you cannot connect to the camera. Be sure to upgrade your smartphone application software to the latest version.<\/p>\n<p>3) After updating the firmware, the \u201cWIRELESS COMMUNICATION\u201d setting menu of the camera will be removed, so if the \u201cCONNECTION MODE\u201d setting in the \u201cNETWORK\/USB SETTING\u201d menu is set to \u201cUSB TETHER SHOOTING FIXED\u201d, the setting is reset to the default value.<\/p>\n<p>4) After updating the firmware, you will no longer be able to print images taken with a digital camera directly from the instax\u2122 SHARE SP-1\/2\/3.
