Utilizando casi exclusivamente la luz natural del d\u00eda, ha trabajado con los principales chefs y clientes de todo el mundo, transformando platos y productos en im\u00e1genes visualmente emocionantes. Tambi\u00e9n se centra en retratos que llegan al alma y en im\u00e1genes de reportajes que conservan momentos fuera de lo com\u00fan.<br \/>\nEn 2012 fund\u00f3 la revista Fool junto con su mujer, una visi\u00f3n de gran calidad centrada en la gastronom\u00eda, muy diferente de las dem\u00e1s.
