Dear customers<\/p>\r\n

We have confirmed the following defect with the latest firmware for FUJIFILM GFX100S \/ GFX50S II released on May 24, 2023 (JST). Therefore, we have temporarily suspended the download of the latest firmware.<\/p>\r\n

<Cameras and firmware versions><\/strong>
\r\n\u30fbFUJIFILM GFX100S: Ver.2.00
\r\n\u30fbFUJIFILM GFX50S II: Ver. 2.00<\/p>\r\n

<Defect><\/strong>
\r\nThe exposure compensation can not be made by turning the “Command dial” pressing the Fn1 button (Exposure compensation button), which occurs when the [EXPO. COMP. BUTTON SETTING] is set to [ON WHEN PRESSING] in the [SETUP MENU].
\r\n* The default setting is to set [EXPO. COMP. BUTTON SETTING] to [ON WHEN PRESSING].<\/p>\r\n

<Permanent countermeasure><\/strong>
\r\nThe revised firmware to fix this defect for GFX100S \/ GFX50S II is scheduled to be released on May 31 (JST).<\/p>\r\n

<Temporary workaround><\/strong>
\r\nThe exposure compensation can be used by changing the [EXPO. COMP. BUTTON SETTING] to [ON\/OFF SWITCH], which will be the temporary workaround until the revised firmware is released.
\r\n*The menu flow to make the above setting is as follows.
