Born in Iceland, I left my home country in 2002 and moved to sunny Florida, USA. There I studied at the renowned Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale. I graduated from the Art Institute with the best portfolio in 2005, specializing in product advertising. After graduation I worked with the top photographers in Florida shooting for such clients as McDonald's and Florida Design. I decided to move back to Iceland in 2006, for the unique environment of the island in the North Atlantic kept pulling me back and I have since worked as a staff photographer with the largest magazine publisher and newspapers in Iceland as well as many of the biggest advertising agencies and companies.
