Having helped pioneer the new wave of wedding photography in 2008, Arjun is best known for his contemporary and off-beat approach to shooting Indian marriages. Arjun is also the founder of the Wedding Photographer\u2019s Association of India, a collective for the most innovative and path breaking wedding photographers in the country.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"xphotographerspost__about_texts\">\n<p>I started making pictures just after the turn of the century; and in doing so am probably one of the last generations of photographers to have actually started on film. Over the years I&#8217;ve been privileged to have used almost every type of camera there is. I distinctly remember transitioning from film to digital, and the inherent suspicion that came long with it &#8211; would digital live up to film? However when I switched from D-SLRs to mirrorless, the transition was something else altogether; instead of suspicion, it was a wave of pleasure. I love the way the Fujifilm cameras feel in my hands, and the way they help me make the kind of pictures I want.
