{"id":166035,"date":"2024-11-28T01:07:00","date_gmt":"2024-11-28T01:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fujifilm-x.com\/?post_type=news&#038;p=166035"},"modified":"2024-11-29T05:00:58","modified_gmt":"2024-11-29T05:00:58","slug":"countermeasure-for-fujifilm-camera-remote-connection-failure","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.fujifilm-x.com\/ro-ro\/news\/countermeasure-for-fujifilm-camera-remote-connection-failure\/","title":{"rendered":"Countermeasure for FUJIFILM Camera Remote connection failure"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">November 28, 2024<br>FUJIFILM Corporation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dear FUJIFILM Camera Remote customers,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We would like to thank you for your continued patronage of Fujifilm products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are pleased to announce that we will release the revised firmware for our digital cameras (GFX series and X series) today to address the issue we announced on October 11, 2024, via our website in \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fujifilm-x.com\/ro-ro\/news\/about-fujifilm-camera-remotes-ios18-support\/\">About FUJIFILM Camera Remote\u2019s iOS18 support<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This revised firmware will also fix the same issue with the latest Android smartphones that we confirmed.<br><br>On the other hand, we decided that we would not release the revision for some models. &nbsp;Although we have been trying to fix this issue with these camera models, unfortunately we could not provide the revised firmware for these models due to the hardware limitations of the cameras, as they had been on the market for a long time.&nbsp;<br>Therefore, customers who use these cameras, please refer to the work-around solutions below, because FUJIFILM Camera Remote will no longer be available for these models.<br><br>We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\uff1cModels for which this revised firmware will be released\uff1e <\/strong><br><strong>1.
