As a result of our operation check installing our applications on Mac running “macOS 14 (Sonoma)” released by Apple, Inc. recently, the following issues listed in the table below have been confirmed with the certain applications below.<\/p>\n

We are working to fix these issues with the applications and plan to release the revised applications as soon as they become available.<\/p>\n

We would like the customers using the following applications who plan to update to “macOS 14 (Sonoma)” to be aware the following issues with the current version of these applications.<\/p>\n

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.<\/p>\n

macOS 14.1<\/td>\nThe camera is not recognized when connected to a Mac. (It is okay with macOS 14.0)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

FUJIFILM PC AutoSave (Mac)<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

macOS 14.0 or later<\/td>\n\u201cPC AutoSave\u201d does not start automatically at Mac startup. Therefore, the “PC AutoSave icon” does not appear in the menu bar and automatic transfer does not start.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

\u30fbFUJIFILM X Webcam (Mac)
\nKeep using \u201cX Webcam\u201d without updating to Ver. 14.1 until revised version of \u201cX Webcam\u201d is available.
\nNote: The details of restoring after updating to macOS14.1 are listed on Apple’s website, but we cannot vouch for this measure.
\n\u300cIf you can’t use your camera or video output device after updating to macOS Sonoma 14.1\u300d<\/a><\/p>\n
