FUJIFILM Corporation is pleased to announce its collaboration with T3 PHOTO FESTIVAL TOKYO 2026, an international photography festival showcasing diverse photographic expressions from Japan and around the world. As part of this collaboration, Fujifilm will present the GFX Challenge Grant Program 2025 Exhibition at the KYOBASHI EDOGRAND 1F Galleria in Tokyo.
Captured with the GFX System, featuring a large format image sensor, the exhibited works explore diverse landscapes, cultures, and the unique stories that thrive across the globe. The exhibition will feature a wide range of projects, including documentaries that closely observe everyday life, intimate portraits that reveal the essence of their subjects, breathtaking works created during the extraordinary challenge of summiting Mount Everest, and visual narratives that harness the exceptional image quality and advanced video capabilities of the GFX System.
Located in the heart of Tokyo, the KYOBASHI EDOGRAND 1F Galleria offers an inviting exhibition environment characterized by its expansive atrium, open architecture, and abundant natural light. In this comfortable and accessible space, where artworks, the city, and its visitors connect organically, each project can be experienced at a relaxed pace, allowing visitors to fully engage with the stories embedded within every work.
This exhibition marks the beginning of a traveling showcase that will continue beyond Tokyo to Osaka and other locations around the world. The fifteen stories presented here, each born from different countries, cultures, and perspectives, will embark on a new journey across borders and communities. We invite visitors to encounter these unique narratives in Kyobashi, Tokyo, the first stop on this global tour, and discover the worlds observed by each creator through the remarkable storytelling power of photography and moving image.

The Asháninka are the largest Indigenous group in Peru’s Amazon, with a traditional system of medicine that combines extensive pharmacopoeia and rituals that jointly restore physical and spiritual balance, and the health of the ecosystem.
They’re creating a bilingual photographic “recipe book” documenting Indigenous plant medicines in Peru via Asháninka community healers, prioritizing the female perspective in our storytelling.
Julia Siu-Yin Ngeow is a Chinese-Australian film director with a background in *STEM, based in NYC, who has created award-winning documentaries across the globe.
Rebecca Basaure is a Bolivian-American filmmaker creating character-driven films on environmental and social themes, including Refugio and Imillaskate, with credits across Netflix, Disney, Apple, PBS, and National Geographic.

This project documents the parallel lives of miners and mountain guides who endure Earth’s most extreme vertical environments—from the intense heat and pressure 2,000 meters underground in Asia’s deepest gold mine, China’s Sanshandao Gold Mine, to the sub-zero temperatures and thin air 8,848 meters high on Mount Everest.
Wang Jiayi is a PhD candidate in Geology at China University of Geosciences, Beijing, specializing in orogenic gold systems. An experienced mountaineer, he has summited multiple peaks above 7,000 meters. As a scientific photographer, he integrates high-resolution imaging—from microphotography to drone mapping—into geological research.

FUJIFILM stellt das neue FUJINON GF19-35mmT3.5 PZ OIS WR vor – das zweite motorisierte Powerzoom-Objektiv für GFX Kameras. Das Wechselobjektiv ist für die GFX Serie mit ihrem großformatigen Sensor*1 konzipiert, dessen Fläche rund 1,7-mal so groß ist wie die eines herkömmlichen Kleinbild-Sensors. Es ist ab dem 23. Juli 2026 erhältlich.
Mit einem Brennweitenbereich von 19–35 mm (entspricht 15–28 mm im Kleinbildformat) erweitert das GF19-35mmT3.5*2 das GF Objektivsortiment in den Weitwinkelbereich. Es verbindet eine auf die Filmproduktion zugeschnittene Bedienbarkeit mit hochwertiger Verarbeitung: Bedienkonzept und Design stammen aus der Cine-Zoomreihe „Premista”*3, die Konstruktion ist jedoch speziell auf den Powerzoom und einen DC-Motor ausgelegt. So bringt das Objektiv nur rund 2,1 Kilogramm auf die Waage. Gemeinsam mit der FUJIFILM GFX ETERNA 55 unterstützt es effiziente Dreharbeiten auf hohem Qualitätsniveau.
Obwohl es sich um ein Zoomobjektiv handelt, erreicht das GF19-35mmT3.5 durch konsequent minimierte optische Aberrationen eine Auflösung auf dem Niveau einer Festbrennweite. In Kombination mit den Kameras der GFX Serie entstehen so hochwertige Videoaufnahmen, die die feine Tonwertabstufung und die außergewöhnliche Detailwiedergabe des Systems voll ausschöpfen.
Über den gesamten Zoombereich steht zudem eine durchgehende Lichtstärke von T3.5 zur Verfügung, die eine präzise Belichtungssteuerung ganz im Sinne der kreativen Intention erlaubt.
Farbwiedergabe und Tonwertcharakteristik stimmen mit denen des GF32-90mmT3.5 PZ OIS WR überein. Werden beide Objektive innerhalb derselben Produktion eingesetzt, lassen sie sich nahtlos kombinieren – das macht die Abläufe in der Postproduktion deutlich effizienter.
Gemeinsam mit der GFX ETERNA 55 und dem GF32-90mmT3.5 PZ OIS WR ermöglicht das GF19-35mmT3.5 eine schlanke Drehweise, die sowohl den Ausrüstungsbedarf als auch den Aufwand für das Team reduziert. Das steigert nicht nur die Produktionseffizienz, sondern erweitert die kreative Freiheit erheblich und eröffnet neue Möglichkeiten in der Filmproduktion.
*1 Der Sensor misst diagonal 54,8 mm (43,8 mm × 32,9 mm) und ist damit rund 1,7-mal größer als ein herkömmlicher Kleinbild-Sensor.

08.09.2026TOKYO, September 8, 2026 – FUJIFILM Corporation today announces the launch of “ETERNA ProRemote”, a remote-control app for FUJIFILM GFX ETERNA 55 (hereinafter “GFX ETERNA 55”) digital filmmaking camera, which will be available during 2026*1.
“ETERNA ProRemote” is a remote-control app that connects GFX ETERNA 55 to iOS and iPadOS devices, including smartphones and tablets, via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or wired LAN. There are three selectable connection modes to support the needs of a variety of production types, ranging from single remote operation to multi-camera setups with up to four connected cameras.

Introducing Dedicated Electronic Viewfinder VF-GFXC2 for FUJIFILM GFX ETERNA 55

The VF-GFXC2 is a dedicated electronic viewfinder for the GFX ETERNA 55. Featuring an industry-leading high resolution of 2048×1536 and a peak brightness of 1000 nits, it provides a clear image for effective use in high-contrast environments. Its native 4:3 aspect ratio provides an effective display of the full 4:3 open-gate GFX image format.

Ratingen, 4. September 2026 – Mit dem neuen FUJINON XF400mmF4.5 R LM OIS WR erweitert FUJIFILM das Line-up der XF Objektive um ein kompaktes und leichtes Super-Tele-Objektiv. Das neue Objektiv wurde für die Verwendung mit den Systemkameras der X Serie entwickelt, die für ihr kompaktes und leichtes Design, ihre hervorragende Bildqualität und die einzigartige Farbreproduktion bekannt sind.
Das XF400mmF4.5 R LM OIS WR ist ein Super-Tele-Objektiv mit einer Brennweite von 400 mm (äquivalent zu 609 mm KB) und einer Lichtstärke von F4.5. Entwickelt für die Verwendung am APS-C-Sensor mit 1,5-fachem Cropfaktor bietet das Objektiv eine eindrucksvolle Vergrößerung, die sich mit einem Telekonverter sogar noch erhöhen lässt.
Obwohl es sich um ein Super-Tele-Objektiv handelt, ist das XF400mmF4.5 R LM OIS WR mit einem Gewicht von circa 1.245 Gramm*1 außergewöhnlich leicht und kompakt. Der weiterentwickelte Bildstabilisator erlaubt bis zu 5,5 EV-Stufen*2 längere Belichtungszeiten. Somit gelingen auch aus der freien Hand scharfe Super-Tele-Aufnahmen. Das XF400mmF4.5 R LM OIS WR stellt die Spitze der optischen Leistung in der XF-Objektivreihe dar. Sein exzellentes Auflösungsvermögen und seine kompakte Bauweise setzen neue Maßstäbe in der Klasse der Super-Tele-Objektive und machen die anspruchsvolle Tele-Fotografie zugänglicher denn je.
Das Line-up der lichtstarken Super-Tele-Objektive der XF Objektivserie wird durch das XF400mmF4.5 R LM OIS WR komplettiert und deckt nun Brennweiten im Bereich von ca. 300 mm bis 762 mm KB ab. Optische Spitzenleistung
Das FUJINON XF400mmF4.5 R LM OIS WR verfügt über eine Festbrennweite von 400 mm (äquivalent zu 609 mm KB). Mit einem Telekonverter lässt sich die optische Brennweite zusätzlich verlängern: Mit dem FUJINON XF1.4X TC WR erreicht das Objektiv eine Brennweite von 560 mm (äquivalent zu 853 mm KB) und mit dem FUJINON XF2X TC WR sogar eine Brennweite von 800 mm (äquivalent zu 1219 mm KB).
Der optische Aufbau umfasst 21 Elemente in 14 Gruppen, darunter zwei Super-ED- und vier ED-Linsen. Die fortschrittliche Konstruktion und intelligente Anordnung der optischen Spezialgläser minimiert chromatische Aberration, die typischerweise bei Super-Tele-Objektiven auftreten, und sorgt für ein beeindruckendes Auflösungsvermögen.
Kompakt und leicht
Für ein Super-Tele-Objektiv ist das XF400mmF4.5 R LM OIS WR mit einem Gewicht von nur 1.245 Gramm außergewöhnlich leicht. Das präzise mechanische Design sorgt für eine kompakte Bauweise, die dem Anwender mehr Flexibilität und Mobilität gestattet. Spritzwasser- und staubgeschützt
Das Objektiv verfügt über ein spritzwasser- und staubgeschütztes Gehäuse mit 20 Dichtungspunkten und kann bei eisigen Temperaturen von bis zu -10 °C eingesetzt werden. Die Frontlinse ist mit einer wasser- und schmutzabweisenden Fluorvergütung versehen, die leicht zu reinigen ist. Damit arbeitet das Objektiv auch bei längeren Einsätzen unter rauen Wetterbedingungen zuverlässig.
Leistungsstarker Bildstabilisator
Der optische Bildstabilisator erlaubt bis zu 5,5 EV-Stufen*2 längere Belichtungszeiten. Eine verbesserte Abtastgenauigkeit und eine optimierte mechanische Konstruktion sorgen für eine hochgradig präzise Kompensation von unerwünschten Bewegungen. So gelingen mit der langen Super-Tele-Brennweite auch aus der freien Hand scharfe Aufnahmen.
Schneller, leiser und genauer Autofokus
Die Innenfokussierung des Objektivs ermöglicht eine konstant hohe Abbildungsleistung über den gesamten Fokusbereich. Ein leistungsfähiger Linearmotor bewegt die kompakte Fokusgruppe schnell und nahezu lautlos.
Bei Bedarf lässt sich eine bestimmte Fokuseinstellung mithilfe der Fokus-Voreinstellungstaste speichern und abrufen. Wird die Taste gedrückt, stellt das Objektiv augenblicklich auf die voreingestellte Entfernung scharf. Die Funktion ist besonders praktisch in Situationen, in denen ein Motiv immer wieder an der gleichen Stelle fokussiert werden soll.
Mit der Fokusbereich-Auswahltaste*3 lässt sich der vom Autofokus genutzte Entfernungsbereich begrenzen, sodass die Scharfstellung noch schneller erfolgen kann. Die Funktion lässt sich effektiv einsetzen, wenn ausschließlich Motive in einer Entfernung von fünf oder mehr Metern fotografiert werden.
Vorne am Objektiv befindet sich die Fokus-Steuerungstaste, über die eine vorab definierte AF-Funktion aufgerufen werden kann.
