Covid-19 has made a disturbance in all aspects not only on the way we work but also the way we live, socialize, and the world is changing different, too.
Although Hanoi is not a noisy & crowded city like Ho Chi Minh, after tense days of coping with the Covid-19 epidemic, has become more slow and peaceful. There are changes in the habits of citizens, no more large numbers of gathering people, no more rushing traffic, no more crowded market. There are still some passengers on the street or a few motorbikes pass through the empty street, but the pace of life slows down to a minimum level. The scenes that were rare in the hustle and bustle in the past are now easier to see, such as a young couple leisurely walk hand in hand to walk the park, an old man play with kids or a group of children enjoys a river bath under the sweltering heat of summer days.
Seeing life as it happens slowly through the camera, I have noticed that after being in a situation closer to death than usual, humans have found the meaning of life. This is living peacefully and happy every moment.
