“Mono Soul” Film Simulation
Monochrome photography…Colours unseen, yet undeniably present. They whisper between the shadows, hidden in the light. In the absence of colour, the mind begins to imagine. Each viewer sees their own truth, shaped by memory, shaped by feeling.

Photography is not only about what is visible…But what can be felt — in silence, in stillness. In monochrome, colours dissolve into gradients of grey. Each tone a subtle echo of what once was.

I’m drawn to high-contrast monochrome photography, the artistic feeling that comes from photographing daily lives. They must carry the depth and shimmer of silver halide, The richness of texture, The quiet poetry of soft grey tones. That’s why I choose to work with the ACROS Film Simulation —To render truth, directly, in monochrome.

This is my personal ACROS FS RECIPE —Tailored through time, shaped by vision. Based on the ACROS+G Film Simulation, green filter lends portraits a gentle harmony—muting red undertones and deepening the lips, it brings a natural, balanced grace to the face. By shifting the WHITE BALANCE to amplify red tones, boosting highlights and shadows, the images gain a richer contrast and visual depth.
